We have a strong logistics service partner to ensure that your shoes can pass through customs. If they are really intercepted by customs, we will send you a new pair of shoes for free.

 

   
6. After-sales policy?

8. I would like to buy a women's size but i can't find it on your size.

     
All our shoes have the sizes indicated in EU, US, UK, CM.
 
There is no difference between the men’s and women’s model. Factories do not produce different models for men and women.
     
So please refer to the measurement in centimeters if in doubt.
